Review scope
The MCVISUAL Engineering Team reviews technical statements used in product pages, buyer guides and quotations. The purpose is to keep published claims traceable to a product data source, drawing, test report, production record or clearly labeled engineering recommendation.
| Claim type | Primary evidence | Publication rule |
|---|---|---|
| Dimensions, weight, pitch, brightness, power | Current product datasheet or approved drawing | Configuration and measurement conditions must be clear |
| Maintenance and installation | Cabinet drawing, assembly procedure or factory demonstration | Service clearance and access direction are stated |
| Compliance | Report or certificate for the quoted configuration | No blanket claim that every project is locally approved |
| Application guidance | Site inputs plus documented engineering assumptions | Local code, structure and installation remain with qualified local parties |
| Factory process | Production records, equipment documentation or photographed evidence | Evidence must describe the actual base supporting the order |
What this review does not claim
The team is not the buyer's U.S. authority having jurisdiction, Korean importer of record, licensed structural engineer or local installer. Final electrical, structural, permitting, certification and customs requirements depend on the exact configuration and destination and must be confirmed by the responsible local parties.
Responsibility boundaries
| Role | Responsibility | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| MCVISUAL Export Team | Commercial communication, RFQ handoff and published-content correction requests through [email protected] | Commercial support does not replace local engineering or installation authority |
| MCVISUAL Engineering Team | Product specifications, drawings, test evidence and technical publication review | Organizational review unit; no invented individual credential or local-code approval |
| Buyer, importer and local qualified parties | Permitting, structural and electrical design, customs and site acceptance | Confirmed for the exact destination and installed configuration |
Corrections and updates
Pages carry publication and modification dates in structured data. If a buyer identifies a specification that does not match the quoted model or evidence, contact [email protected]; the team checks the source and corrects the page rather than defending an unsupported claim.
