Every Screen We Ship, We Build
Since MCVISUAL was founded in 2017, solder paste, LED placement, reflow, cabinet assembly, testing and 72-hour aging have all happened in our Shenzhen factory — a 50,000 m² campus with 20,000 m² of workshop floor. Come and watch your order being built, on video or in person.
One site, one process, one answer
MCVISUAL is a Shenzhen LED display manufacturer founded in 2017, with RMB 20 million registered capital, its own R&D team, and 20,000 m² of workshop inside a 50,000 m² factory campus. Overseas buyers work directly with the manufacturer instead of through a chain of intermediaries.
No stage of the build is subcontracted. Solder-paste printing, LED placement, reflow, glue filling, cabinet assembly, in-line testing, aging and packing all run under one ISO 45001 management system on the same site — which is why, when you ask which line your cabinets are on and what the aging log says, there is an answer rather than a promise to check with someone else. Fine pitch, rental, outdoor advertising, LED posters and creative screens ship from here to 160+ countries.
The four stations your order passes through
Panasonic NPMD3A mounters and MPM solder-paste printers feed a line that ends at the crate. Each stage below leaves evidence you can ask for — placement records, test results, the aging log and packing photographs.
Solder paste & inspection
Automated solder-paste printing and inspection feeds a row of high-speed mounters — the placement accuracy a manual line cannot hold.
LED placement
Millions of LEDs a day, mounted under an ISO45001-managed process with incoming material inspection and in-line testing.
Assembly & 72-hour aging
Reflow soldering, glue filling and automated testing; every cabinet then runs a 72-hour aging test before it is crated for export.
Packing & crating
Shrink-wrapped, foam-cornered and crated to survive the container — the last station before the shipping mark goes on.
Four ways to check us, in order of effort
A first order with an overseas factory is a risk. These are the checks buyers actually run on us, from a folder of production photographs to a signed acceptance report.
Photos and video of your own order
Dated pictures and short clips from the floor as your cabinets are built: your format on the line, the aging rack, the packing station, the container being loaded. Files you can forward to your own client — not stock photography of somebody else's screen.
The bill of materials, by brand
We quote at component level: LED chip and bin, driver IC, power supply, receiving card and cabinet alloy — Nationstar and Kinglight LEDs, Meanwell power supplies, ICND driver ICs. Every one of them can be looked up against the manufacturer's datasheet without going through us. Components decide how a screen looks in year five, so they belong in the quotation rather than in a conversation after the order.
Drawing approval before anything is cut
Sign off the dimensioned cabinet layout, module count, power and signal runs, service side and mounting interface before production starts. A wrong service direction or a mounting clash caught on a drawing costs an email; the same mistake found after the wall is built costs a shipment.
Factory acceptance before shipment
Test the assembled wall before it is crated: mechanics and service access, full-field and grey-scale image tests, the aging record and the spare-parts count. Our buyer checklist is the same one we run internally, published so you can hold us to it.
