Project challenge
An order of 420 cabinets destined for eleven separate sites has a problem a single screen does not: the panels must match each other, not merely work. If cabinets are tested in small groups, colour drift between groups only shows up years later when a customer moves a panel from one site to another.
MCVISUAL solution
The whole batch was built into continuous runs and aged together for 72 hours, driven from one source so every cabinet displayed the same frame at the same moment. Skin tones, greens and saturated reds were compared along the full length rather than cabinet by cabinet.
Installed result
Colour and brightness were matched across all 420 cabinets before any of them were crated, so the eleven installations came from one calibrated population instead of eleven separately-tested ones.
