Project challenge
The customer had local sheet-metal capability and wanted to build the cabinets themselves, so they needed the display and control components to arrive matched and documented rather than a finished screen crated from the factory.
MCVISUAL solution
MCVISUAL supplied the P1.86 modules, receiving cards, processor and cabling for a 3520 × 2720 mm screen at 17 rows by 11 columns, with the mapping and power layout specified so the locally fabricated cabinets would take the modules directly.
Installed result
The screen was assembled and commissioned on site from locally built cabinets, and the customer kept the fabrication work while still running a factory-matched module and control set.
