Project challenge
A screen hung off the side of an occupied tower has two audiences with opposite needs: it must be bright enough to read from the street in daylight, and controlled enough at night that it does not light up the apartments above and beside it.
MCVISUAL solution
A 350 m² P5 screen was mounted on a cantilevered steel frame clear of the facade, on an energy-saving outdoor platform whose brightness tracks ambient light so the night level drops automatically rather than relying on someone remembering to change it.
Installed result
The screen carries daytime advertising legible across the junction and steps down after dark, and the standoff frame keeps service access off the building's own walls.
