The LED Wall Project Brief a U.S. Buyer Should Send Before Requesting a Quote

The fastest quotation is not the one with the fewest questions. A usable quotation turns site conditions and business responsibility into a defined display configuration with visible assumptions and exclusions.
Describe the audience and environment
State indoor or outdoor use, nearest and typical viewing distance, operating hours, ambient light, sun direction, temperature, moisture, dust and public contact. Add site photographs and the smallest text or content the wall must reproduce.
These inputs drive pitch, brightness, packaging technology, protection, cooling and surface durability. A screen size and pitch alone cannot establish a complete system.
Define geometry and installation responsibility
Provide target active width and height, acceptable dimensional tolerance, target aspect ratio or resolution, wall or truss location and available service depth. Include drawings when architecture controls the final outline.
Name the party responsible for structural design, branch circuits, permits, installation, lifts and local commissioning. The quotation should identify the cabinet interface and loads without implying that the overseas factory is the local engineer or installer.
Define signal, compliance and handover
List sources, content resolution, control location, cable distance, redundancy expectation, network access and integration with AV control. Identify the city, venue and written compliance requirements before selecting reports or certification paths.
Ask for drawings, controller files, receiving-card parameters, spare-parts plan, service procedure, factory acceptance evidence and warranty contacts as named deliverables.
Define commercial and logistics inputs
Provide destination ZIP code, requested Incoterm, customs broker status, delivery deadline, currency, OEM branding and expected repeat volume. Ask suppliers to separate product, packing, freight and optional services.
Complete the U.S. LED project brief CSV and attach drawings or photographs. A factory can then respond with one configuration, a list of open decisions and a quotation that is easier to compare.
