LED Display Supplier for AV Integrators & Dealers
MCVISUAL is a Shenzhen dvLED factory that supplies AV integrators, dealers, rental houses and sign companies with the display system, the engineering documents and the spare parts they need to design, install and support a wall under their own contract. No U.S. warehouse, no direct sales to your end client — factory pricing and a documented handover.
Factory-direct instead of distributor stock
Buying from the factory changes five things for an integrator. Be clear about them before quoting your client.
| Item | Factory-direct (MCVISUAL) | Typical U.S. distributor |
|---|---|---|
| Price basis | Per-project quotation from the production line; configuration, spares and freight itemized | List price and dealer tier; accessories bundled |
| Lead time | Production in Shenzhen plus ocean or air freight; stated on the quotation | Days from stock for standard SKUs |
| Configuration | Cabinet size, pitch, brightness, redundancy and control chosen per project | Fixed catalog SKUs |
| Engineering | Drawings, power and signal topology, receiving-card files from the people who built the cabinet | Varies by distributor |
| Support | Remote commissioning and warranty parts from the factory; on-site work stays with the integrator | Local RMA and sometimes on-site service |
What the integrator receives at each stage
These are the items we put in writing. If a competing quote does not list them, ask where they are.
With the quotation
Active dimensions, physical resolution, cabinet map, module and cabinet dimensions, weight, service direction, controller loading, maximum and typical power, connector types, options and exclusions.
Before production
Mechanical drawings, structure interface, cable routes, power groups, signal redundancy and a frozen bill of materials for the components that affect performance or service.
At shipment
Factory acceptance evidence on uniform fields, low-grey and motion content, calibration files, receiving-card parameters, counted spares, packing list with weights and dimensions, commercial documents.
After delivery
Remote commissioning hours, escalation contacts, replacement-part approval, warranty freight terms and the evidence required for a claim.
From brief to commissioned wall
- 1 · BriefYou send screen size, environment, viewing distance, mounting, content source, destination and required certification. Use the U.S. project brief CSV if it helps.
- 2 · ConfigurationWe propose pitch, cabinet, brightness, refresh, redundancy and control, and state what is excluded.
- 3 · Itemized quoteCabinets, control system, spare parts, packing and freight scope on separate lines so you can build your own landed-cost sheet.
- 4 · Drawing approvalMechanical drawings and BOM freeze before production starts. First-article review for new configurations.
- 5 · Factory acceptanceAging and test on the assembled wall with the final components; photographs, video and the acceptance record go to you before release. See the 420-cabinet aging case.
- 6 · Ship and commissionPacking list, commercial documents and controller files travel with the shipment; remote commissioning support once the wall is powered on site.

Spare parts are quoted, not assumed
The initial spare pack — modules, power supplies, receiving cards, hub boards, cables and service tools — is a separate line on the quotation, sized to the project and the distance from the nearest technician. Read spare-parts planning for LED fleets.
Certification is checked per configuration
UL, ETL or other NRTL status depends on the exact quoted configuration and is never assumed. Tell us the jurisdiction and venue; we identify the available path and the documents before deposit. Read FCC, UL, ETL and NRTL: what to verify.
Questions integrators ask before the first order
How does an AV integrator get pricing from MCVISUAL?
Send the project brief: active screen size, environment, viewing distance, mounting, content source, destination and certification requirements. We reply with an itemized quotation — cabinets, control, spares, packing and freight scope listed separately — within 12 hours on business days. Pricing is per project and per configuration; we do not publish a dealer price list.
Do you keep stock in the United States?
No. Every order ships from the Shenzhen factory. Plan for production plus ocean or air freight when you build the project schedule; we state lead time on the quotation and update it when drawings are approved.
Can the integrator brand the product?
Yes. Cabinet, packing, manual and software branding can be specified in the quotation, together with who holds the certification records and warranty obligations. The OEM scope is agreed per program, not assumed.
What documentation arrives with the wall?
Cabinet drawings, datasheets, controller files, receiving-card parameters, calibration data, packing list with weights and dimensions, commercial documents and the factory acceptance record. The full list is in our OEM deliverables guide.
What support is available after delivery?
Remote commissioning, configuration files, replacement-part approval and warranty handling by the MCVISUAL Export Team. Response hours, escalation steps and who pays freight on warranty parts are written into the quotation so the integrator can quote its own service terms.
